OHSO Social is Brighton’s most inspiring late night, beachfront bar restaurant, which also features an expansive, heated and lit terrace offering uninterrupted views of the sea, starling and piers. Whether you are considering a private party, product launch, wedding reception or a meal for two, OHSO offers a unique, unrivalled location in which to lounge, dine or dance the night away.
Originally a deckchair storage arch, the whole building has been restored to provide a lavish interior. The décor is effortlessly eclectic and seeks to return some of the fun and theatre to going out. We’ve got fitted leather and crushed velvet seating, Chesterfields, circus lights, candelabras, stuffed animals and there’s more to come.

Private Parties & Corporate Hire
Table & Party Hire:
If you are having a party, why not reserve a table or an area for drinking or dining. We take reservations daytimes and evening during the week and weekends. Reservations are available for parties of all sizes in the bar or the restaurant areas, inside or outside on the terrace.
The whole venue is also available for hire for a private party (depending on the time of year and a minimum number of guests). Whether it’s a private party, a get together with friends or a table for two, simply complete the form below with your details and we’ll contact you. There is no hire fee for reserving an area but for larger parties we may take a refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Corporate Hire & Meetings:
Does your business need to hold a function? Our unrivalled location and stylish interior make the perfect place to hold a product launch, media party or business meeting. Our terrace, right on Brighton beach, provides a superb space in which to stage a team building exercise whatever the weather. We can provide a range of menus from canapes and platters to a formal sit-down meal or a barbeque on the terrace. Whatever your requirements, we will endeavour to cater for your needs.
